Hatyai Trip

Hatyai, one of the city in southern Thailand. Most of the citizen here able to speak mandarin / Hokkien. The city is still largely not developed into an advance city, which is which i like to come visiting here. It feels relaxing to walk around. I went there last few weeks to take a break from work.

There are many shops opening around to attract tourist customers. There are shops opening like spa massage, barber, foot massage, pub / disco.

Though i must said, the current economic has also increase the price of the items/foods around here. However, some of the foods is cheaper compare to Malaysia.
Services is though still largely the same as it was the last time i went to visit.

The people here is very respectful to their King. Everywhere you can see they decorate a special places for their King. I guess this is to show their respect and pray for the King's health.

"Tuk Tuk" the famous transportation in the city, commuting people around the place. I like the feeling of sitting on the "Tuk Tuk". It am able to view the city, hustle bustle of the city, motorist sound, people talking on the street.

Well, coming over here, you must get a try on the massage. It is very relaxing. It helps to loosen up your tight muscle after a long work.

Also, anyone visiting the Hatyai must try on the Shark Fin and the abalone. There are a few shops which offer such food, which i must say it is delicious. You can really taste the shark fin at the fin appears to be still in its origin shape.

Prostitution here is very common, in fact is a legal to them. Girls and women (I means the prostitute) will come be very busy going around when night fall to attract the opposite sex. Prostitution is legal in the country, thus it is no a shame / humiliation to them nor family. However, no offense to them, they are just doing this for their living. We can't blame them for choosing this way, but i hope they could have a better life ahead for them.

I sure will be coming back to this place again as it is quite near to Malaysia, besides i like the environment which still not fully develop city, and a perfect place for tourist to relax.

Home Sweet Home (for Dog)

Home sweet home.

That is everyone dream and wish to have a sweet home to stay. We, human has the ability to build / find our sweet home. Not always the dream house that we could get, but at least we could find a shelter, to protect us from weather and have a good rest. However, for the dogs, they were unluckily as they does not pose the same ability as the human. They does not have the hand to build their own dream house. They could only wander around and find a hole, backalley, any place that could shelter them from the storm.

That's what my best friend, May always talk to me. She always want to build one shelter for the dogs. She is a dog lover, no doubt. She is very soft-hearted when seeing the dog wandering, looking for food.

There are just too many wandering dogs around. They does not have owner to take care of them. Some of the temples do take care of them. Some of the kindhearted peoples do occasionally bring food for the wandering dogs. However, most of the time, they have to "steal" from the dustbin, rubbish.

Though i do not have the capability to fulfill this home, so for this Christmas, i would give this dream gift for the dog. A home for the dog for this coming Christmas. The "Home Sweet Home" , to feel homely when they stay in this home.

This home, they can meet many many type of dog, all from different countries. A places where they can share their experiences. Dogs are no difference from human, they too can express their feeling.

-The home also has playground, a small swimming pool for the puppies to swim.
-A lobby for them to meet other dogs. It hosts event like Christmas for them as well.
-A long row of bed for the puppies to rest.
-A food section where they could dine together with other dogs.
-There are also a section where people could come to visit the dog, visit and find a dog for their petting.

I know it sound ridiculous, but that is the dream home for the dog. Everyone deserve to have a dream, even for puppies. I hope that all the wandering doggies outside there, they could receive this Christmas gift, dedicated this to May.

Too many??

I was quite fascinating to read on the column "Obama increases jobs goal to 3 million". Obama has a good ambition to give this kind of goal. However, looking on the world economic, inflation, unemployment, oil issue, green earth, issue facing in our earth, what is the real long term solution to it? In short term, it does good to the people. But does it really have any good solution in the long run?

I think it is time to re-look back to the history. What is the most important thing that we miss out? It is just simple, birth rate. One of the way, is to control the birth rate in the world. Does you see that? The increasing amount of people in the world will bring effect of...

More people means
Increase the demand
more experimental and research for the benefit of people
more item being created
more digging on our earth
more oil usage
more people looking for job
more employment need to be create
more money need to fund the company
more house need to be construct
more people buying house
more people getting loan
more people digging of earth material
less space in the earth
when more people getting more money
more demand from the people
more birth rate
more people try to exploit the market in order to become rich
as a result, market collapse
more people suffer

I think it is important that every country should control the birth rate now. The people is just getting too many that, it make people suffer when the cycle come. We should learn to control it. When thing is less, it is much easier to control, isn't it?

Friends Bloggin Column

After so many years of working, without realize, i have neglected some of the most important value, "Friendship". This word has been so valuable to me now, more than the past that i have experience. Relative, brotherhood, friendship, they are meant a lot to me.

So hereby, i am adding one more section, " Friends Bloggin". This column is dedicated for all my friends. I would like to write things that are sweet to them, thing that make them unhappy, thing that they like, thing that they regret. I wish i could be with them together to go thru the important event in their life, but it is not possible for every occasion.
